Eyebar - 555 is a huge combat vehicle made by Inonis in the game Ristar.
Background[]
Eyebar was built by Inonis to fight off intruders in case of an invasion. Outfitted with an unbelievable array of weapons and unlimited ammunition, Eyebar is ready to take on all comers. However, it was not fully tested. As a hasty decision by Inonis, he decided to use Eyebar in the fight despite not being fully ready.
Involvement[]
Eyebar appears in the 7th level, Castle Greedy, as the penultimate boss. It is piloted by Inonis.
Strategy[]
Eyebar spends most of the fight protected by a barrier. Attacking it can grant invincibility frames as Ristar bounces off, which is a good way to dodge the boomerangs and homing shots.
The charge shot can be easily dodged by bouncing off the shield. Eyebar becomes vulnerable after this as the eye dislodges. Once hit five times, the fight will be over.
Moving too far left is a bad idea, since the laser blocking the entrance will shock you and Eyebar will try to close the gap. Rarely, Eyebar will move slightly backwards and drop small exploding mines.
